About the event
Nourish in Nature is a retreat with intent. Simply connecting with like minded women is extremely powerful. Now add the life changing workshops provided by myself and Robyn, and there will be guaranteed transformation.

This can be a challenging road to navigate, which is why we have designed an itinerary with a wonderful flow starting with identifying stories that may be holding you back from becoming your most authentic, happiest self. We will teach you tools and strategies to connect with yourself in the gorgeous setting of pine trees, blue skies, and fresh air.
